Who we are

This website and Studio belong to documinds.com. Address and Chamber of Commerce number follow registration.

This website

This website sets no cookies, uses no trackers and no analytics, and loads nothing from other domains: no fonts, no videos, no maps. There is no form on it.

The site runs on a Hetzner server in Germany. That server keeps no log of who visits the site.

Booking a demo

If you book a demo, you send us an email at demo@documinds.com. We process what you put in it: usually your name, telephone number, organisation, sector and current solution. We use it only to reply, to arrange a call and the demo, and to send the documents you ask for.

We do this because you ask us to, before there is an agreement. The mailbox is with Microsoft (Microsoft 365). If you do not become a customer, we delete your email at the latest one year after the last contact.

Studio

Our customers make their letters in Studio. The data in it (the letters, the recipients' data and the staff accounts) we process on that customer's behalf. The customer decides what happens and is the controller; we are the processor. The arrangements are in the data processing agreement with your organisation. For questions about that data, turn to the organisation that sent you the letter.

Studio stands in the customer's region; in Europe with Hetzner in Germany. System messages, such as the link to set a password, go through AhaSend in the Netherlands, which does not keep their content and keeps the data about the sending for seven days. We send the full list of subprocessors on request.

Your rights

You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, have its processing restricted, object, and receive your data in a common format. Send your request to info@documinds.com; we answer within a month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Terms

The terms for using Studio are in the agreement with your organisation. We send the general terms on request, together with the data processing agreement and the list of subprocessors.
